Reviews
Perfect for a quick stop or if you want to spend lots of time here and get lost in their selections, you can do so too.
Big, spacious grocery store with tons of deals to find. Each isle is stacked to the T with groceries and items to make tasty meals. Nice variety of brands, too. You won’t spend a crazy amount here on organic and super healthy choices. All organic items are decently priced, especially under the Ralph’s 101 brand.
You can save a lot and find excellent deals. They have a fresh bread section, and a bakery that produces cakes and other desserts. Good quality produce and meats.
The store and bathrooms were kept clean, even though this Ralphs is a little older, it feels nice inside.
Free parking out front. Bathrooms located inside towards the back.
Vast selection and is clean at night. I’m not sure about safe. Their cranberry juice is hot af. They don’t put a lot of their juice in the fridge. Nobody’s eager to help at night. I was going to buy some hennessy but there’s no help button and hardly any co-workers so I walked out empty handed. It’s clean and well-organized but the neighborhood is rough so the people in it are a bit rough looking. Don’t bring your children at night.
Management has improved the look and quantity of product. They have also addressed the changing demographics in the neighborhood which is not easy. Once they get employees who are totally dedicated to the buildings success more customers will come to shop and enjoy the "RALPH'S EXPERIENCE".
Fair prices overall, but slightly expensive in some areas. Always have deals going on, though.
Customer Service is great however theft is really high. You will encounter washing detergent, bath soap and other critical items locked up. You have to ring for customer service to help you. Very sad that Irish Spring is locked up. Tells you we are living in depressing days.
I don’t know how or why they have a manager that has a worse attitude with the customers that the rest of the staff. I pass the Ralphs closest to my home because I generally have a better experience at this location. However I had to interact with “Tony “ on two occasions and he’s just a straight up a-hole. He needs to sit in on some customer service training.
Went there 5/23 ~1pm
Andrea was on the register, she was so kind and helpful
Together we learned that wic payments go first and then the rest
Also, she was super sweet to my mom and baby
And the rotisserie chicken was fresh and a great purchase
I’m happy I shopped here :)
FALSE ADVERTISING. CHECK THE PRICES AT CHECKOUT!!
The quality of food is better than other stores but what I hate about Ralph’s is that they advertise a price and at check out it is not what was advertised. We are being robbed, stealing from right under our noses. Examples are down below so you can go see for yourself
Green onion’s advertised at 79 cents but were actually 99 cents
Green tomatoes price shown 99 cents, actual price 2 dollars
Farmland bacon advertised at 5.99 but the deal was when you buy 5 suppose to be at 4.99 but was actually 6 dollars each 🤦🏽♀️ at check out
And cashiers are clueless they don’t care, check the prices and at check out let them know and they SHOULD change the price.
My total should have been $10 dollars less!!!!
